01 — Studio

Quiet luxury, considered in every detail.

RJP Hospitality is a full-service event studio designing weddings and private gatherings for clients who care more about how a room feels than how it photographs.

We accept twelve weddings a year. The result is a calendar built on restraint, taste, and the kind of attention that lets a host be a guest at their own celebration.

Our work lives at the intersection of hospitality and editorial design — the precision of a well-run hotel, the point of view of a thoughtful magazine.

02 — Services

A full studio, by design.

i
Full Production
End-to-end design, planning, and on-site direction. From the first conversation through the final send-off, we manage every element of the weekend — vendor selection, paper, florals, food, music, accommodations, transit, and the dozens of small decisions that determine how the days actually feel.
Timeline12 – 18 months InvestmentFrom $185,000
ii
Creative Direction
For clients with a planner already in place. We develop the visual identity, design language, and editorial through-line that shapes the entire experience — from save-the-dates through the welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch.
Timeline6 – 12 months InvestmentFrom $65,000
iii
Destination Weddings
Ranches outside Austin. Coastal homes. Estates abroad. We produce weddings in locations that require a deeper command of logistics and a stronger creative point of view — with on-the-ground partners in Aspen, the Amalfi Coast, Mexico City, and the Cotswolds.
Timeline14 – 24 months InvestmentFrom $250,000
iv
Private Events
Milestone celebrations, dinners, anniversaries, and gatherings of consequence. Built for clients who want their personal events held to the same standard as their professional ones.
Timeline3 – 6 months InvestmentFrom $35,000
03 — Process

How we work together.

i. Introduction
The first conversation.
A discovery call, in person where possible. We learn what you want the weekend to feel like — and what you don't. From there, a tailored proposal.
ii. Design
The creative brief.
We develop a comprehensive design narrative: palette, paper, florals, lighting, music, menu, and the visual language that runs through every touchpoint.
iii. Production
The build.
Vendor curation, logistics, contracts, timelines, guest experience. Twelve to twenty-four months of quiet, careful work behind the scenes.
iv. Hosting
The weekend itself.
Our team takes the floor. You take a glass of champagne. Everything you've planned for a year happens exactly as it should.
04 — Founder

Led by Reily Perrone.

Founder portrait

An eye trained on the details that matter.

Reily founded RJP Hospitality on a single conviction: the great events feel inevitable. They aren't loud. They aren't crowded with ideas. They are the product of taste, judgment, and a planner who knows what to leave out.

Before launching the studio, Reily spent years inside the operating side of hospitality and luxury travel — work that taught her how a great hotel actually runs, and why the difference between good and exceptional almost always comes down to the things a guest never sees.

She brings that discipline to every wedding. The studio takes a deliberately small number of clients each year so she can lead each engagement personally — from the first brief through the final guest's departure.

06 — In Their Words

From our clients.

Reily understood our wedding better than we did. She edited the parts we were too close to see — and the weekend was infinitely better for it.
Caroline & James L.Hill Country · 2026
We have produced events around the world. None of them have ever felt as effortless to attend as our own wedding. That is the work of a very good planner.
Elena & Pietro M.Amalfi Coast · 2026
She has the rare combination of a real point of view and absolutely no ego about it. Every choice was ours. Every choice was also better.
Margaux H.Aspen · 2026
The night ended and our parents both said the same thing without conferring: it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. I think that is entirely because of Reily.

09 — Inquiries

Questions, answered.

i
How many weddings do you take a year?
Twelve, by design. Most are full-production engagements running between twelve and twenty-four months. We turn down more inquiries than we accept — not as a posture, but because the standard of work we want to deliver requires the time it requires.
ii
What does an RJP wedding typically invest?
Most full-production weddings sit between $400,000 and $1.2M all-in. Smaller and larger productions both exist. We are not a fit for events under approximately $250,000 of total spend, and we will say so honestly on the first call.
iii
Do you work outside of Texas?
Yes. Roughly half of our calendar is destination. We have active partners in Aspen, the Amalfi Coast, the Cotswolds, Mexico City, and a handful of private estates across the Mediterranean.
iv
Will Reily personally be involved?
Every engagement is led by Reily, start to finish. She is in the room for the first conversation, every design milestone, and on the floor for the weekend itself. That is the entire point of keeping the calendar small.
v
How far in advance should we inquire?
Twelve to eighteen months is the typical window for full-production weddings. We occasionally accept shorter timelines for the right project. The best first step is always a conversation.
